Entrepreneurial sales leader with a record of transforming organizations through growth-driven strategies and disciplined execution. Known for changing the trajectory of businesses by integrating new brands, forming strategic partnerships, launching new products across retail, wholesale, OEM, international markets while building high performing teams to consistently exceed revenue and margin goals.
Robert’s passion for lifelong living design began at home. First working closely with his favorite roommate Grandma, he reimagined his living space to create an environment that was both stylish and safe, allowing her to maintain independence and thrive. More recently, supporting his mother integrating clinically proven solutions with modern designs that made aging in place comfortable and dignified.
These personal experiences, along with trusted partners Joua and Sean led to the creation of Haus Haven Collective, a company rooted in real purpose with a genuine commitment to improving everyday living. The mission is simple: Empowering YOU to live safely, independently, and with dignity through personalized home solutions.
Robert earned advanced certifications including his Executive Certification in Home Modifications from the University of Southern California, and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) through NAHB. Outside of work, he enjoys renovating spaces, exploring new destinations, training as a pilot, or spending time with his dog, Bodhi.
Joua Spillman OTR/L, OTD
Joua Spillman is a doctoral graduate of occupational therapy from Creighton University with experience working in inpatient acute care, specializing in intensive care, as well as outpatient rehabilitation services. She is passionate about helping individuals regain independence to safely return to meaningful daily activities in the comfort of their home.
In her leisure time, Joua enjoys running, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Sean Spillman CAPS
Sean Spillman is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) with over a decade of experience in the building materials industry including project consulting with both the homeowner and installer. He takes pride in making a difference by helping create a space where individuals can maintain independence with confidence. in his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, traveling, watching and playing sports, and attending car events.
